You may skip, reschedule or cancel an appointment at any time. To avoid a fee of up to 50% of the appointment, please give us a two-business day notice of any needed changes. This policy is in place to allow us adequate time to provide replacement jobs for the employees who depend on us for a consistent paycheck.
Pricing for recurring appointments is based on the frequency of the appointment.
For this reason, please limit skipping appointments to the following guidelines:
Weekly appointments: no more than 4 skips/year Every 2-week appointments: no more than 3 skips/year Every 4-week appointments: no more than 2 skips/year. When you do skip an appointment, the price for the next recurring appointment may reflect extra time needed to catch up from the missed appointment.
